Christina Lackland, FNP is a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of experience helping people look, feel, and live their best. She specializes in women’s hormone optimization—particularly during perimenopause and menopause—along with bioidentical hormone therapy for men, weight management, and advanced peptide therapy.
A proud graduate of Samuel Merritt University, Christina has been passionately dedicated to providing care that’s not only evidence-based but also deeply personal and compassionate since earning her degree in 2015. She continually expands her expertise through advanced training with A4M (American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine) and as a Worldlink Medical Provider, ensuring her patients receive the most current, research-backed therapies in hormone and regenerative medicine.
At Optimized Body and Wellness, Christina’s mission is to support women through the hormonal transitions of life—helping them regain energy, confidence, and balance through personalized, root-cause-focused care. She also provides tailored programs for men seeking improved performance, longevity, and overall well-being.

Dr. Paris Sabo is a highly skilled cosmetic surgeon with over 12 years of experience, specializing in surgical and non-surgical aesthetic procedures. As a Medical Director of several medspas, she oversees clinical operations and ensures top-tier patient care. Dr. Sabo is an expert in advanced facial balancing, injectables, and complex surgeries such as facelifts, neck lifts, and full-body makeovers. She is also proficient in cutting-edge technologies, including lasers, RF microneedling, and PRP therapies, and has trained numerous medical professionals in these techniques.
